Professional pastry display consisting of a base equipped for bi-melamine waterproof service with Class E1 non-scratch finish; an upper tub made of galvanised sheet metal and steel with injected polyurethane insulation (density: 40kg/m3), display surface and visible parts made of steel; wrapping surface made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel; air curtain refrigeration, produced by a specially sized cooling system for the correct hygrometricity, allowing the cool air to be distributed evenly on the entire display area, thereby preventing weight loss and alteration of the product on display; a visible thermometer for the customer to read the temperature. Defrosting with a probe on the evaporator, digital temperature reading that allows a quick view of operation, service side equipped with compartments that contain all that is required for the packaging, waste-bin compartment and packaging surface with built in weighing scales (optional). Front glass panels, opened upwards, with 2 cold LED ceiling lights. Built in cooling unit.
