Bearing structure made of galvanised tubular iron, worktop service side made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel. Steel refrigerated tub and galvanised sheet parts with injected polyurethane insulation (density: 40 kg/m3). Air curtain ventilated refrigeration. Ventilated refrigeration in the praline display is designed to maintain a relative humidity of < 50% with an operating temperature of 15° and the display is terraced. Glass supporting castle made of anodised silver aluminium with a front pillar to leave the service area free and tempered, heated, double-glazed glass, opened upwards with a piston lifting system. Demisting system made of low-emissivity double-glazed glass. Ceiling light made of anodised silver aluminium with a double fluorescent tube. Built in hermetic cooling unit. Ergonomically positioned digital electronic control unit for a quick view of operation and the possibility to program the defrosting cycles.
