Bearing structure made of galvanised tubular iron, worktop service side made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel. Steel refrigerated tub and galvanised sheet parts with injected polyurethane insulation (density: 40 kg/m3). Air curtain ventilated refrigeration with a double air flow so as to offset the difference in temperature between the front and rear part of the display. Inclined floating display area for 360X165 mm tubs so as to guarantee enhanced product visibility. Glass supporting frame made of painted steel. Tempered, heated, double-glazed glass opened downwards and servo assisted. Demisting system made of low-emissivity double-glazed glass. Rear closure with Plexiglas sliders and lit front display. LED lighting. Semi-hermetic refrigeration unit for 16-24 tubs. Digital electronic control unit that allows a quick view of operation and the possibility to program the defrosting cycles. RDS with cycle inversion (allows the ice cream to be kept on display 24/7). Climate rating 4+

Crystal Young is highly customisable: upon request, the front steel panel can turn into a support so as to place the name of the establishment; front and sides are available in several back-lacquered finishes or in a frame by inserting laminated sheets.

High-tech material such as Ultrawhite glass, Staron, steel and Plexiglas act as a backdrop to a product that is the protagonist in any environment, also thanks to the lighting. Cold LED light beams add vitality to the product on display, whereas the LED perimeter that runs along the front and sides highlights the highly technological Crystal Young and the special cash desk.
